Beykoz is a place to escape the crowds of Istanbul and breathe. The cool breeze of the Bosphorus on the one hand, and the resinous pine scent of the groves on the other... This cocktail brings those two sensations together: fresh, aromatic and elegant.
The first sip brings the vibrancy of lemon and the freshness of green apple. Then the light herbal character of rosemary and cucumber appears. It leaves a clean, cool and balanced finish on the palate - just like a Beykoz morning.
“Drink where it breathes, not in the heart of the city”
The wind coming from the Bosphorus is sometimes salty, sometimes pine-scented. Beykoz Breeze is that wind in a glass.

Bartender Tips
🌿
Lightly burn the rosemary: You can add depth of flavor by smoking the top briefly before serving.
🧊
Use large ice: It melts more slowly and the flavors open more evenly.
🍏
Fresh apple juice: Instantly squeezed apple juice instead of ready-made enhances the freshness.
