Mixology Atlas Terms of Use 1. Parties and Definitions 1.1. These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are deemed to be concluded in electronic form between Mixology Atlas ("Platform", "Site", "we", "our") and the person using the Platform ("User", "you", "your"). 1.2. "Platform" means the websites and related services offered under the domain names kokteylatlas.com and mixologyatlas.com. "Content" includes text, images, recipes, comments, and similar materials created by users or the Platform. "Service" means all functions offered through the Platform (recipe sharing, AI Bartender, comments, likes, etc.). 2. Subject and Acceptance of the Agreement 2.1. This Agreement governs the rights and obligations related to the use of the Platform. 2.2. By registering on the Platform or using the Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full. If you do not accept, you must not use the Service. 2.3. Persons under eighteen (18) years of age may not register on the Platform and should not use the Service due to alcohol-related content. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. 3. Account and Registration 3.1. You may need to register to fully benefit from the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. 3.2. You are responsible for account security. You must not share your password with third parties and must inform us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized access. 4. Scope and Use of the Service and Advertisements 4.1. The Platform offers functions such as sharing cocktail recipes, reviewing, and community interaction. The scope of the Service may be changed without prior notice. 4.2. The Platform may display advertisements through third-party ad providers (e.g., Google AdSense). By using the Service, you consent to the display of these advertisements in various areas of the Platform and to our advertising partners using cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 4.3. The Service is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. 5. User Content and Intellectual Property 5.1. Recipes and comments you upload ("User Content") belong to you. By uploading, you are deemed to grant us a licence to use, store, and display this content for the provision of the Service. 5.2. User Content must not infringe third-party rights (copyright or trademark rights). Content copied from other sources (other websites or books) may be deleted without prior notice when detected. 5.3. Logos, names, designs, and software elements belonging to the Platform are owned by Mixology Atlas. Unauthorised copying or commercial use is prohibited. 6. Prohibited Conduct and Content Moderation 6.1. The following conduct and content types are strictly prohibited: - Using a misleading account, spamming, or distributing malware. - Sharing content that is insulting, threatening, contains hate speech, violence, promotes illegal drug use, or is obscene (adult-oriented). - Presenting content that promotes irresponsible alcohol consumption or targets minors. 6.2. Although the Platform is not obliged to pre-approve content uploaded by users, it reserves the right to remove any content it finds to be in violation of these conditions or laws (or third-party advertising policies) at any time and to permanently close the violating account. 7. Personal Data 7.1. Your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (KVKK/GDPR). For details, please review the Privacy Policy text. 8. Limitation of Liability 8.1. The Platform is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of User Content. 8.2. Alcoholic drink recipes are for informational purposes only. Legal drinking age and local laws are the user's responsibility. The Platform cannot be held liable for any health issues or harm arising from the application of recipes. 9. Termination of Account 9.1. You may request closure of your account at any time. 9.2. If conduct in breach of rules is detected, your account may be suspended. 10. Changes to the Agreement 10.1. Mixology Atlas may update these Terms of Use. Changes take effect on the date of publication. 11. Governing Law and Communication 11.1. The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to disputes and Istanbul courts shall have jurisdiction. 11.2. For communication, you can reach us through the channels specified on the Platform.
