Fog Cutter
Fog Cutter is a legendary 1940s Tiki classic, balanced by the intensity of tropical fruits and the boldness of its spirits. With three different base alcohols, it is strong enough to cut through any fog in your mind.
The Fog Cutter was created by the legendary Victor 'Trader Vic' Bergeron in 1946. Known for its potent combination of rum, gin, and cognac, it was famously served with a limit of two per guest at Trader Vic's restaurants. The drink's name implies its efficacy in 'cutting' through the mental haze caused by consuming too much of it, an irony not lost on the bartenders of the era. It remains a hallmark of mid-century Tiki culture, embodying the complex, layered, and adventurous spirit of the movement.
