Watermelon Dream

Fill your elegant coupe glass with ice and chill well before serving.

In a shaker, add the fresh watermelon cubes and sugar syrup (if using). Gently mash the watermelon with a muddler until it is completely mashed and releases its juice.

Add 30 ml of vodka to the mashed fruit.

Fill the shaker with fresh ice and shake gently for about 12-15 seconds until the mixture cools down.

Strain the ice from the chilled glass.

Strain the mixture smoothly into the glass using a fine-mesh strainer (double strain) to remove the watermelon pulp and achieve a clear texture. Garnish with a small slice of watermelon.
